The Hopewell Council of Churches chose Christine’s Hope for Kids as their mission project during their Vacation Bible School Week this summer. It fit right in with their theme of getting kids involved with helping kids. All of the Church congregations were involved in the effort. The children really gained a sense of purpose for their contributions. With their donation of $546.40 we purchased clothing for kids who had lost everything during Hurricane Irene. We are thankful to everyone who was involved in this wonderful effort!
