Evergreen Elementary School, in Scotch Plains, New Jersey & Christine’s Hope for Kids recently made a donation of $1,000 to Autism Family Times with Brianna.
The students at Evergreen Elementary participated in our Pennies from Heaven campaign and raised $453. As you all may know, when kids raise money through participating in our Pennies from Heaven program, our foundation's policy is to match the amount (and round it up a little). We then ask the school & students to pick a local organization in their community to receive the donation. The Evergreen School choose Autism Family Times with Briana and we presented a check for $1,000 to Claudette Bardwell, their Director.
Autism Family Times gives families with autistic children the opportunity to have a fun family day horseback riding & interacting with animals where children can learn through travel and experience the outdoors in safe therapeutic environments.
