The Florida chapter recently visited the kids at the Broward Health Chris Evert Children's Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale. The patients were given stuffed animals and some smiles by our chapter members. We also donated toys, games, puzzles etc. for the playroom there. It was a rewarding experience for all of us. We would like to thank Trish Lira, Child Life Coordinator for being our guide and making this possible. Sometimes it is the little things that make a difference and we hope in some way this put a smile on the faces of these beautiful children.
